AB&J Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mixed strawberries and raspberries

  • 1 TSP chia seeds

  • 1 piece of 7 grain bread, toasted

  • 1 TBSP almond butter

Directions:

Homemade fruit and chia jam:

  1. Mash 1 cup of mixed strawberries and raspberries with 1 TSP of chia seeds. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

Toast:

  1. 1 TBSP of almond butter with 2 TBSP of homemade strawberry + raspberry chia jam.

  2. Garnish with cinnamon and/or hemp seeds for extra protein.
