Air Fried Chicken Fingers and Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients:
1 egg (for dipping/breading)
Chicken tenders
Almond meal
Garlic powder
Oregano
Sliced sweet potatoes
Coconut oil
Pink salt + pepper
Directions:
For the chicken tenders:
Dip in egg & then coat chicken tenders in a mixture of almond meal, garlic powder, + oregano.
Place in the air fryer to cook for 10 minutes on 375.
For the fries:
Slice sweet potatoes and season with coconut oil, pink salt + pepper.
Broil in the oven on 525 for 10-12 minutes.
Serve with Primal Kitchen ketchup!
