Bacon, Spinach, and Bell Pepper Frittata
Ingredients:
10 eggs
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 bag of organic spinach
1/2 cup green onion
5 pieces of cooked bacon
Primal Palate breakfast blend seasoning
2 TBSP garlic ghee
Directions:
Preheat oven to broil on 525.
Cook 5 pieces of bacon for 12 minutes on the broil temp. Remove when done and set aside.
In a cast iron skillet or oven safe pan, heat 2 TBSP of garlic ghee. When heated sauté bell pepper, bag of spinach, and green onion until spinach is all wilted.
Add chopped up & cooked bacon to skillet with veggies and toss.
Whisk 10 eggs with 1 TSP of breakfast blend seasoning and add to skillet with veggies + bacon.
Cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes stirring frequently then place cast iron skillet into oven to cook for another 5 minutes on the broil 525 setting.
Remove and top with some sriracha for taste and enjoy!!
