Bacon, Spinach, and Bell Pepper Frittata

Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1 bag of organic spinach

  • 1/2 cup green onion

  • 5 pieces of cooked bacon

  • Primal Palate breakfast blend seasoning

  • 2 TBSP garlic ghee

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to broil on 525.

  2. Cook 5 pieces of bacon for 12 minutes on the broil temp. Remove when done and set aside.

  3. In a cast iron skillet or oven safe pan, heat 2 TBSP of garlic ghee. When heated sauté bell pepper, bag of spinach, and green onion until spinach is all wilted.

  4. Add chopped up & cooked bacon to skillet with veggies and toss.

  5. Whisk 10 eggs with 1 TSP of breakfast blend seasoning and add to skillet with veggies + bacon.

  6. Cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes stirring frequently then place cast iron skillet into oven to cook for another 5 minutes on the broil 525 setting.

  7. Remove and top with some sriracha for taste and enjoy!!
