Balsamic Bacon Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of shredded/sliced Brussel sprouts

  • 1/4-1/2 cup melted coconut oil

  • 6 slices of @applegate cooked bacon

  • 3/4 cup chopped dates

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze

  • Pink salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. In a bowl toss sliced/shredded Brussel sprouts with cooked bacon, sliced almonds, and coconut oil. Season with pink salt.

  3. Bake in oven on 400 for 20-30 minutes or until cooked with a little golden brown coloring on the brussels.

  4. Remove and toss with chopped dates and drizzle balsamic on top to taste.

  5. Pair with any dish; my personal favorite is with salmon or balsamic glazed chicken!!
