Balsamic Bacon Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients:
2 cups of shredded/sliced Brussel sprouts
1/4-1/2 cup melted coconut oil
6 slices of @applegate cooked bacon
3/4 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup balsamic glaze
Pink salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
In a bowl toss sliced/shredded Brussel sprouts with cooked bacon, sliced almonds, and coconut oil. Season with pink salt.
Bake in oven on 400 for 20-30 minutes or until cooked with a little golden brown coloring on the brussels.
Remove and toss with chopped dates and drizzle balsamic on top to taste.
Pair with any dish; my personal favorite is with salmon or balsamic glazed chicken!!
