Banana Walnut Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 medium ripe bananas

  • 1 TBSP of butter

  • 1 TSP baking soda

  • 1.5 cups of almond flour

  • 3 TBSP @navitasorganics cacao nibs

  • 2 TSP of cinnamon

  • A pinch of pink salt

  • 1 TBSP Georgia Grinders cashew butter for topping each muffin

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Melt 1 TBSP of butter.

  3. Combine melted butter with 2 mashed ripe bananas and eggs. Mix well.

  4. Add in almond flour and baking soda.

  5. Spray a muffin tin and fill each muffin 3/4 of the way full.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes on 350. Makes 9-12 muffins.

  7. Top with cashew butter when serving.
