Banana Walnut Muffins
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 medium ripe bananas
1 TBSP of butter
1 TSP baking soda
1.5 cups of almond flour
3 TBSP @navitasorganics cacao nibs
2 TSP of cinnamon
A pinch of pink salt
1 TBSP Georgia Grinders cashew butter for topping each muffin
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt 1 TBSP of butter.
Combine melted butter with 2 mashed ripe bananas and eggs. Mix well.
Add in almond flour and baking soda.
Spray a muffin tin and fill each muffin 3/4 of the way full.
Bake for 20 minutes on 350. Makes 9-12 muffins.
Top with cashew butter when serving.
