Birthday Cake Protein Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1&1/4 cup oats (pulse in food processor until flour like consistency)

  • 3 TBSP @sunwarrior vanilla protein powder

  • 1 TBSP @vitalproteins collagen

  • 1/3 cup + 1 TBSP of almond butter

  • 2 TBSP maple syrup

  • 2 TBSP melted coconut oil

  • 2 TBSP honey

  • 1 TSP Ceylon cinnamon

  • 1-2 TSP vanilla extract

  • 2 TBSP rainbow sprinkles

Directions:

  1. On a high setting mix all ingredients in a food processor EXCEPT sprinkles.

  2. Once mixed thoroughly, transfer to a bowl and fold in sprinkles.

  3. Should be a cookie dough like consistency. Roll into 20-22 protein bites!!
