Birthday Cake Protein Bites
Ingredients:
1&1/4 cup oats (pulse in food processor until flour like consistency)
3 TBSP @sunwarrior vanilla protein powder
1 TBSP @vitalproteins collagen
1/3 cup + 1 TBSP of almond butter
2 TBSP maple syrup
2 TBSP melted coconut oil
2 TBSP honey
1 TSP Ceylon cinnamon
1-2 TSP vanilla extract
2 TBSP rainbow sprinkles
Directions:
On a high setting mix all ingredients in a food processor EXCEPT sprinkles.
Once mixed thoroughly, transfer to a bowl and fold in sprinkles.
Should be a cookie dough like consistency. Roll into 20-22 protein bites!!
