Cookie Dough Energy Bites
Ingredients:
5-7 pitted Medjool dates, presoaked in water
1 cup of cashews or mixed nuts, presoaked in water
2 TSP vanilla
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions:
Mix all in a food processor.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll into 18-20 energy bites.
Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks!
