Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas
2 TSP Smoked paprika
1 TBSP avocado oil
Directions:
Rinse and drain one can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans).
Lay on a paper towel to drain, pat lightly.
Toss with 1 TBSP of avocado oil and smoked paprika. Roast on 525 for 20 minutes.
After 10 minutes toss and put back in oven for remaining 10!!
