Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas

  • 2 TSP Smoked paprika

  • 1 TBSP avocado oil

Directions:

  1. Rinse and drain one can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans).

  2. Lay on a paper towel to drain, pat lightly.

  3. Toss with 1 TBSP of avocado oil and smoked paprika. Roast on 525 for 20 minutes.

  4. After 10 minutes toss and put back in oven for remaining 10!!
