Dark Chocolate Cherry Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 & 1/4 cups dry old fashion rolled oats (minute oats work as well)

  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder. I use Sunwarrior brand!

  • 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s all natural creamy almond butter (6-7 heaping tablespoons makes it easier to measure and scoop out if you want to do it that way instead!)

  • 1/3 cup of pure maple syrup

  • 3 TBSP of dried dark cherries chopped up

  • 3 TBSP of @hukitchen snacking and baking chocolate gems

  • 3 TBSP of raw almond slivers (optional)

  • 1 TBSP flaxseed

  • 1 TBSP chia seeds

  • 1 TSP pure vanilla extract

  • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

  • 1-2 TSP of Ceylon cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Put in fridge for 30 minutes to make it easier to roll into individual bites.

  3. Take out and roll into 1 TBSP energy bites.
    Makes about 20-22
