Fruit + Chia Jam

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of blackberries, raspberries, OR strawberries

  • 1 TBSP of chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Mash up 1 cup of fruit of your choice with 1 TBSP of chia seeds.

  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight (overnight is best).

  3. Enjoy with toast, yogurt, ice cream, or by itself!
