Fruit + Chia Jam
Ingredients:
1 cup of blackberries, raspberries, OR strawberries
1 TBSP of chia seeds
Directions:
Mash up 1 cup of fruit of your choice with 1 TBSP of chia seeds.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight (overnight is best).
Enjoy with toast, yogurt, ice cream, or by itself!
