Halibut + Citrus Salad

Ingredients:

  • 12-13 oz. piece of Halibut

  • Avocado oil spray

  • Fresh lime juice

  • @primalpalate New Bae Seasoning

  • 1/2 cup of chopped kale

  • 1/2 cup of @traderjoes healthy 8 chopped veggie mix

  • Blood orange, sliced up

  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced

  • 1 TBSP @kouzinifoods EVOO

  • 1/2 TBSP of apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 fresh squeezed lime

Directions:

For the Halibut:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Season with @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil spray, lime juice, & @primalpalate new bae seasoning.

  3. Bake in the oven - I cooked a 13 ounce piece of halibut on 350 for 25-30 minutes and divided it into 2 meals!!


For the citrus salad:

  1. Mix 1/2 cup of chopped kale + 1/2 cup of @traderjoes healthy 8 chopped veggie mix.

  2. Topped with a blood orange sliced up, a little bit of diced red bell pepper & sprinkle of hemp seeds

  3. Dressing: 1 TBSP @kouzinifoods EVOO, 1/2 TBSP of apple cider vinegar + 1/2 fresh squeezed lime
