The Perfect Poached Egg
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 slice of Ezekiel bread, toasted
1/2 avocado
Handful of arugula
1 TBSP of feta
1 TBSP of green onions
Everything but the Bagel seasoning
Sriracha
Directions:
Bring 1 quart of water to a boil.
Place egg in egg poacher. Drop poacher in boiling water. Cook for 4 minutes.
Flip poacher after 4 minutes and cook for another 4 minutes on other side.
Remove from poacher to add to toast.
*Note: 8 minute cook time is for a drippy poached eggPlate 1 slice of Ezekiel bread toasted & topped with 1/2 teeny tiny avocado, a handful of arugula, a drippy poached egg, feta, green onions, a sprinkle of everything but the bagel seasoning, and some sriracha.
