Shishito Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of shishito peppers

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 TBSP avocado oil

  • 1 TSP sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan heat avocado oil on medium heat.

  2. Put package of shishito peppers in heated oil and cook for 7-10 minutes tossing frequently and until charred to liking.

  3. Remove from pan and place in a bowl. Squeeze lemon on top and add sesame seeds.

  4. Enjoy as a snack, side dish, or addition to a salad or veggie mix!!
