Shishito Peppers
Ingredients:
1 package of shishito peppers
1 lemon
1 TBSP avocado oil
1 TSP sesame seeds
Directions:
In a medium saucepan heat avocado oil on medium heat.
Put package of shishito peppers in heated oil and cook for 7-10 minutes tossing frequently and until charred to liking.
Remove from pan and place in a bowl. Squeeze lemon on top and add sesame seeds.
Enjoy as a snack, side dish, or addition to a salad or veggie mix!!
