Sweet + Savory Snack Plate

Ingredients:

  • Handful of spring mix

  • Atlantic smoked salmon, 2 thin slices

  • 1 cup mixed berries

  • Balsamic vinegar of your choice

  • 1/2 avocado

  • Crackers (I used Simple Mills cracked pepper crackers)

Directions:

  1. Plate spring mix base topped with Atlantic smoked salmon, cracked pepper, sprouts, & a TSP drizzle of turmeric infused balsamic vinegar.

  2. On the side 1 cup of mixed berries, 1/2 avocado with everything but the bagel seasoning & Simple Mills cracked pepper crackers
